Patient and Community Advocacy
Led patient and community campaigns that have resulted in growing neighborhood capacity building efforts, and groundbreaking capital improvements, and served as a model for other cities.
Strategic Partnerships
Grew a volunteer group into a statewide coalition that led to the passage of legislative bills and county-wide programs throughout the state, garnering national attention.
Fundraising
Raised $1M within six months of the COVID pandemic. Led several multi-million dollar capital campaigns, including a $3M Dental Clinic and a $2M Pediatric Center Capital Campaign, both within 2 years.
Organizational Culture Development
Launched successful initiatives to build a culture of excellent customer service and continuous quality improvement. These initiatives resulted in improved patient and staff satisfaction, increased staff competencies in customer service, and improved staff retention.
